I'd love it if Nintendo made a Virtual Gameboy for the DS. The Gameboy library is so overflowing with good games that you'd never be able to find, let alone play, even half of them. With a service you at least get rid of the difficulty of finding them.

I reckon Gameboy also, they did talk a little about the download cart for the DS recently. I think the other slot will be for the GBA eventually.

Playstati... oh wait..

Y'know, it could be Game Gear as well as Game Boy. Now that'd be sweet! Smilie

Jaguar.

Gameboy and Gameboy Color are the most likely ones. In my opinion anyway. Sega Saturn?

A fail so epic, it may just be a win.

Saturn won't happen. Saturn ISOs are huge and wouldn't be able to be saved on the Wii with anything else. That, and what about the dial-up users? 600-700MB of data? Not a chance.

Quite a few Saturn games, particularly Arcade ports, would easily be small enough for the Wii. They might need to compress some red book audio.

The Master System has always been strangely absent, can't think of much I'd want to play from it though.

That, and what about the dial-up users?

What about them? It's 2007. Who the hell has dial-up over wifi?

It's going to be shit and you jolly well know it.

Some people here, for one.

And I don't have wifi. Just a regular broadband router. I wouldn't even try getting this heap of crap to connect to wifi. If I had a wireless card thingy.

Wow, Game Gear, that'd be sweet.

I think it's GB and GBC. I don't think we'll see GBA for a long while (if ever) because it'd be like giving Wii downloadable playback for GC.

I mean, I know it's probably actually possible, unlike downloading GC games on Wii, but the fact remains that GBA is only from last gen, and the DS has backwards compatibility. Nintendo would just be wasting their time with downloadable GBA games.

I think itd be good if u could like download GameBoy games to your Ds's temperery memory.

I'm not good with specs and stuff so I dunno if that is possible...

Oh come on Gameboy Advance!

One is definitely the MSX as that and NeoGeo were the two platforms originally announced to come at a later date...and we've already seen NeoGeo now, so hopefully won't be long before MSX as well.

As for the other, well Commodore-64 has been discussed many times and hinted at, but I reckon Master System is a more likely candidate, unless Nintendo strikes a deal with Atari for some Jaguar stuff.

what about WonderSwan? Smilie did that have any good games?

Phillips CD-i.

J_b - WonderSwan had games like Front Mission, Romancing SaGa and Final Fantasy I-IV from Square Enix, plus a load of Bandai titles (since it was Bandai's system).

As for CD-i...hmm, I can't think of anything other than the crappy Zelda games. mOojc, what decent games appeared on there?

I actually think he was joking. Smilie

If the CDi came out on VC, I'd be horribly tempted to get the Zelda games, and Hotel Mario, just for the hilarity factor. Smilie

So when are we going to see Final Fantasy titles on VC? Smilie

Phillips CD-i Zelda FTFW!

Apparently they're craptastic. :-/

The only thing they're good for is YouTube Poop.

I would not want to go near those Zelda games Smilie

They would make me upset. No Zelda collector I know has any wish to own them also, I think that pretty much sums them up.

I believe dial-up is not officially supported by Nintendo anyway. Saturn would be nice. Soukyugurentai would be even nicer.

Of course, that's just an opinion.
