Nintendo Wii News | CoroCoro Confirms Zelda Transformation in Smash Bros Brawl

Quick News: The recent edition of CoroCoro magazine has revealed Zelda's moves, "Din's Fire, Nayru's Love, Farore's Wind, and Twilight Change", confirming that Zelda will have a transformation in Smash Bros. Brawl. Translators have suggested a "Twilight" version of Shiek. Her final smash, shown in the scan above, is her deadly Light Arrow.

Sounds cool enough. I cannot wait to see all these moves properly once Japanese gamers host some videos. That pic is terrible.

...Since Zelda does not transform at all in Twilight Princess (except when expecting zu fight in her hood), the name 'Twilight Change' could indicate not the name of the game it was taken from, but the circumstances in which the change occurred first: It was a dark world, more or less a twilight of Hyrule which made her change into Sheik in 'Ocarina of Time'.

The scan itself is twilight. Gives me a feeling of paparazzi-yellow-press-uncover journalism. Yay! I even had to examine it to recognize Zelda and a bow and some light. Could be a picture of a coffe-maker, too, I guess...

Tons of Smash World Forums members have Japanese Wiis and will be getting it ASAP, I expect some of them will post up videos. If I find any good stuff I'll put it in some of the Smash Bros Threads (I'm planning on making a spoiler thread for those who don't want to know the secret characters.)

Other people think it might be into Midna (which I doubt, it makes even less sense) or cloaked Zelda, which is pretty much Zelda wearing a cloak with a Sheikah symbol on it (a bit pointless really)

It's implied that she'll be transforming into "what Sheik would look like if she was in TP"

Just thinking, the transformation could be into T.P Midna (the one at the end of the game), and she could have all of Shieks old moves. It would certainly fit in with the Twilight Princess Zelda theme. Smilie

Well since we know all his moves and his final Smash, and he was playable at E4all, I'm going to say definitely no.

Personally I don't want Wolf Link playable. Smilie I'd rather have Midna alone or Cel Link.

Midna on Wolf Link would be cool.
Since there would be no "young" link most likely, wolf link could easily be another version of link. Assuming there are secret chars which they havent revealed.

Of course there are! All the characters on the site revealed before Dedede are starters, I mean Dedede is on the adverts. There will probably be *almost* double the amount of starters available as secrets. We already know 2 or 3, Sonic and Snake are definitely secret, and we don't know about Olimar (but I think it's safe to say he's secret)

There's a rumour that this translation is fake, personally I think it's real, but the screenshot proves one thing, her Final Smash has something to do with Light Arrows.

I Shiek is safe. They already confrimed mouths ago that shiek and ganadorf are in brawl so she wasn't playable at the demo to give us a surprise. Trust me shiek made it.
