Nintendo Wii News | No More Heroes Sequel?

By Jorge Ba-oh 16.01.2008 5

Suda 51 recently spoke on the upcoming release of No More Heroes in the west, and had a few words to say on the potential sequel for Travis Touchdown.

"I'm really willing to make a sequel version -- and right now I'm asking if it can be made. I think No More Heroes is a great game, there's no other action game like it for the Wii. If it was a band, it would be really energetic, like the Arctic Monkeys."

w00t, my second submision of news!
I can't wait for No More Heroes, if it's as good as it seems like its gonna be, then im all for a sequel.

A fail so epic, it may just be a win.

Yeah I cant wait for this game. The no blood thing ain't an issue to me. I love the punk style and originality and I'm glad a sequel has been asked for.

I read this earlier, it's great to hear. Second time around hopefully Grasshopper will have made enough money to give the game a bigger budget. They should also invest in their small team and get some people with experience in, those with better technical understanding. Grasshopper make great artistic games but from a technical standpoint they have been flawed in the past.

The game is getting surprisingly good scores, I thought it would not get the appreciation it deserves but EDGE giving it a 9 has blown that perception now.

I Cannot wait to play this, hopefully it will do a touch better now that SSBB has been delayed..

My question is...why? No one bought it. At least not in Japan.

and lets not forget N-Gamer's review, they've still got a bit of soul left over from the n64 mag/super play era, and they judge it well too!

I for one would love a sequel that just fleshed it out a bit...
