New Fragile Wii Screens Emerge
Quick News - Bandai Namco has revealed five new screens on the official website for its 2008 Wii exclusive RPG, 'Fragile'. Check them out in the media folder below:

    Nintendo has now revealed its biggest selling games from around the world, releasing updated lifetime totals for its key Nintendo DS and Wii games, including the likes of nintendogs, Super Mario Galaxy and The Legends of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.

    Nintendo Leads Again with Wii Fit
    The early Media Create software listings have now been released, showing that Final Fantasy IV has not dropped off quite as quickly as Famitsu would have us believe.

    Final Fantasy VII Scenario Writer Assists Smash Bros. Brawl
    Quick News: The fourth installment of the Iwata Asks Sakurai reveals the initial concepts behind the adventure mode in Smash Bros Brawl, the Subspace Emissary. Sakurai reveals the building blocks for the mode's storyline, including working alongside famed scenario writer Kazushige Nojima-san (of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts fame).


  • Voume 4 - Iwata Asks Sakurai

    Sega Brings Master System, MkIII and Game Gear to Virtual Console
    Quick News - It has been revealed that from February, Sega will bring Master System games to the Wii Virtual Console, along with MkIII and Game Gear titles under the same mantel. The first games will be Fist of the North Star (600 Points) and Fantasy Zone (500 Points). The service will eventually come to the US and Europe as well.

    Street Fighter Battles Again on Wii
    Quick News: The end of the working week brings another classic to the Wii's Virtual Console service in Europe and Australia, and this week's update contains contains arguably one of the best fighting titles: Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers for the SNES.

    Space Channel 5 on Wii?
    Quick News: An interesting rumour has surfaced suggesting that despite Space Channel 5 creator recently denying involvement in a remake/sequel, magazine N-Zone is claiming the game will be heading to Nintendo's Wii.

    DS Hits 65 million, Wii at 20 million [ Update #2 ]
    Update - Some UK and European-specific data has been added.



    Nintendo has now issued its Q4 2007 financial report, showing updated sales figures for key gaming titles and hardware.

    Ubisoft Heaps Praise on Wii and DS in Financial Report
    Following in the footsteps of Nintendo, Ubisoft has today released its financial data report for the 2007-08 Third-Quarter sales period, highlighting massive success thanks to strong sales on the Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS.

    Mizuguchi: Anxious About Wii Plans
    Quick News - Former Sega man, Tetsuya Mizuguchi, now head of Q Entertainment, has stated he has no plans to support Wii yet as he is worried about Nintendo being too strong on the system. As for a Space Channel 5 remake, it will be considered if reason to do so arises.

    Quick News - A new rumour has popped up stating that EA's first game for the Wii Balance Board is set to be a sequel to Boogie that will also be far improved over the original title, something hinted at in C3's interview about the game last year.

    Tecmo Reveals New DS Project
    Following Masahiro Shidara-san's previous DS project, the stylish text-adventure game 'Kyotaro Nishimura Suspense Series: Deadly Intent', Tecmo has revealed to Cubed3 that the man also famed for his work on the Fatal Frame franchise is already hard at work on another DS game.

    Square Enix has today announced that the official website for the eagerly awaited Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings is now open.

    Yukes' DS Exclusive Heads to Europe
    Ignition Entertainment has today announced an agreement with Yuke's Co. Ltd., to bring the popular puzzle game, NEVES for the Nintendo DS to Europe in early 2008.

    Smash Update: Iwata Asks - Super Smash Bros. Brawl
    Today the Smash Bros. Dojo brings a double-whammy of updates including the start of a special edition Iwata Asks, where Nintendo President Satoru Iwata speaks to the man behind the brawl, Sakurai. The first volume deals with the creation of the team, staff and how the project came about.
