BioWare have revealed more juicy images from the upcoming hand-painted Sonic DS RPG, The Dark Brotherhood.
The game sees Sonic on the hunt for stolen chaos emeralds and his abducted chum, Knuckles, battling his way through turn-based battles and a world devised by the makers of Baldur's Gat and Neverwinter Nights.

I've never been a big fan of these types of games, but I think this one looks really interesting. Hopefully Bioware can pull off a good Sonic RPG.

It looks some kind of Bioware - I don't know how but it does.
I think the location maps with 'goto-hotspots' does the trick. I so hope Sonic gets a decent RPG - a good one! If Bioware can pull this of, then I'm impressed. Bioware can do this.
But RPGs, even Japanese styled ones, need a good story. That, my dear friends, we only can check when we can buy it.

I have no doubt this will be very good, but that doesn't mean I have to stop worrying about Sonic's future.

This looks good in theory, but as an RPG if there is no plot or some crappy plot as has been the case in recent Sonic games, then this will suck. Hopefully bioware will take care of this detail better than Sonic Team has.
