A new homebrew project for the DS reveals a fun way of learning classic game melodies using a virtual touch-screen piano.

Game Melody Oratorio sets out to teach players popular themes using the touch screen as an ickle piano. Franchises include Super Mario Bros, Sonic and Tetris.

For those wanting to jazz it up a notch, there's also a "free play" mode for portable piano freedom on the move.

Sounds nice, but I don't use homebrew... I don't even use my sisters' DS that much.
