An interesting rumour has emerged from SurferGirl regarding the team behind Project H.A.M.M.E.R for Wii. It seems that according to the rumourmill, whilst H.A.M.M.E.R. was cancelled due to not living up to expectations, the Digipen graduates at the internal team are busy on a new action game that features many lasers and is set to be a very original project that is shaping up to be far better than the cancelled title.
What could it be, and is this rumour to be believed?
According to the same source as well, Capcom will be bringing its Stock Trading game on DS over to the US under the name 'Ace Trader' or something similar to try and cash-in on the 'Ace Attorney' audience.

Hmm, might be that 'Big game' set for E3 this year, might not.
I hope that Raving Rabbids 3 rumor is false, we've had enough minigame collections already.

It'll be better for the Rayman franchise in general if that name is dropped from 'Raving Rabbids', that's for sure...
As for this, whilst I liked the look of HAMMER, we saw nothing more than a cool concept. Whether it would have translated well into a full game is another matter, though. I wish NST would work with Namco again to bring Ridge Racer to Wii (like it did with N64 and DS)...

Ace Trader - good idea. Looking forward to finally being able to play that, just wish Nintendo would bring over Project Hacker as well...

Whilst Project H.A.M.M.E.R. did seem like a cool little title, perhaps it wouldn't have reallly kept my attention for too long. Whatever NST do next will probably be awesome, but nonetheless I was hoping for a Hunters sequel

Project Hammer and Disaster Day of Crisis were two games where from the start you knew they'd be cancelled.
Heard nothing about the second for some time now.

Well sure...but the development team working on Disaster was bought by Nintendo. They freaking bought the studio. They must be serious about it then. If anything that's probably the big game in E3.
