Sight Training DS Helps Baseball Player

By Jorge Ba-oh 05.04.2008 5

White Sox catcher A.J. Pierzynski is said to use Nintendo's Sight Training to help his baseball.

According to Sun Times, Pierzynski spends time in the locker room flicking his wrists with the DS, using Sight Training to help his vision.

Pierzynski has been working with a vision-training game on his handheld device with the hope of improving his ability to pick up the baseball. So far, the reviews are good: two home runs, a .529 batting average and a team-high seven RBI through four games.

Wow, famous person uses software by Nintendo. That certainly hadn't been tried yet.

Thats complete bollox, the damn software itself states that it doesn\'t actually improve your eyesight in any way.

So either hes chatting through his backside or just taken a huge backhander from shigsy.

Maybe if women all started using Face Training DS they would all look as beautiful as Nicole Kidman.

Might be somewhat of a placebo affect. "Hey, this is vision training. ZOMG I can see better! Smilie"

But still, its hard to argue against the stats he's putting up at the moment. He's hitting insanely well - and that's generally a rare thing for a catcher.

Wow so if I buy this, I will be pro at Baseball.
