The US box for the recently released Okami has an interesting mistake on the cover.
Here's an interesting one for the weekend. According to reports of those who have Okami, the game's cover art has an IGN watermark left over from presumably a lift-from-the-internet-for-your-own-game design team.
Unlike many media outlets that watermark their images to prevent others using their material, owners of the game have confirmed the stamp still present on the box.

Haha, I think that instead on an actual mistake, Capcom was a little p***ed off with the Wii game scoring lower than the PS2 version on the IGN review, so decided to have Ammy maul IGN. My theory anyway...
C3 awards...coming soon! Rendered some odd looking trophies lol

That's just lame. Maybe it is just a half baked port. Capcom aren't doing a very good job of showing the effort they put into it.

How lame and unprofessional of the people responsible!. It better not be on the UK cover.
I actually tried to get a copy yesterday but my local store did not have it so I ended up getting J De Arc on PSP instead.
Did anyone manage to get a copy?, what are your thoughts so far ?

Need a PSP though...I find this very humurous though IGN must be honoured.

There was that baby-game for the DS that left a water mark on theirs too from a stock image website. (effectively making the cover illegal, as they havnt paid the right to use the image)
This is more just like a lazy-designer couldnt find the image.
Capcom own that image to start with.
