A recent listing on a US retailer's site suggests that Samba De Amigo will be the first Wii retail title to utilize the Pay to Play system.
The boxart, on Gamestop, features the Red Nintendo Wi-Fi connection symbol, a sign of the Pay to Play feature that mainly refers to paid downloads, as in Wiiware title Final Fantasy; Crystal Chronicles.
Nintendo hasn't been completely clear on the requirements of the Pay to Play system, so it is largely unknown as to how it could be used here.

7231 763 15.02.2007 LinkyshinksIt does certainly look like it will have DLC of some kind if it has the red logo, it's the first red logo we have seen on boxart to date. I could see Christmas theme packs coming as DLC.

And even if they do: It's no title I want to play much at all, because I don't know the original game. Maybe it's great, ho knows? But it's Sega we're talking about. A good game by Sega is not easy to find...
