Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World (Game Boy Advance) Reader Review

Firstly, I'd like to point out that this game is a port of what I see as the greatest game: EVER! And it adds to it!

Graphics: This game was never about graphics, but they're alright. None of the characters look fuzzy, but there is the feeling that both the SNES and GBA could (and have) produced things that look much better. Basically everything looks smooth, there's just nothing to make you go- WOW.

Sound: Again, nothing spectatular in terms of performance, but the tunes are quiet addictive.

Gameplay: The control is very responsive and on the whole feels great. Jump, duck and move left and right. It's repetitive if you think about it, but it doesn't feel like it at all. It never gets old and basically can't be bettered (perhaps equaled).

Length: This game is pretty darn big and will take you quiet a while to complete. Even whne you do it's filled with extras and bonuses. It also has the much smaller (but still adictive) SMB to keep you happy as well. Even after all that there's the (not that great) multiplayer.

Overall, a game that recreates the original with little extras (you can now play as Luigi!) to keep you happy. Basically I've got a bit of advice for you:

Buy. Play. Be happy.
