Pokémon Diamond and Pearl (Nintendo DS) Reader Review

Diamond and Pearl were the start of Pokemon on the DS and started the massive fourth generation. With a Pokedex of 115 it was quite small and from transition from Gameboy to DS the graphics were not mindblowing what's more there really wasn't much to do post game with few legendries to catch and the annoying circling around the region to get from gym to gym. The pokedex was also nondescript with 40% of the pokedex being old pokemon evolutions and too many useless baby evolutions as well as OP legendrires like Arceus that were too powerful and stole slots on 90% of player's teams ruining the fun of nonlegend battling . A for the evil Team Galactic that too was a step too far with a stupid plot. But the game had many Pokemon  gems like the fierce Garchomp and the leveling up posed a challenge that I enjoyed. new wi-fi connection  allowed around the world battling that was new. Pokemon Diamond was a transition from Gameboy to DS so had a lot to change which it failed to do but excelled in other areas. It is 8.0/10.
