How much do you weigh?

How much do you exersise?

Are you healthy?

If you don't feel comftorble talking about it, then don't, but don't complain Smilie

Me, I way 70 kilos. I'm pretty tall though, and I'm in my healthy weight range. I eat like shit, take away and Coke is what I live off, and I also do no excersise, apart from Karate, so about 15 minutes a week.

10 and a half stone. Boxing, weightlifting and badminton all keep me in good shape.

I'm about 8 stones (no idea what that is in kilos, so don't ask!) I do a bit of exercise but really not enough and I eat a bit of good stuff but again, not enough.

As for height, no idea! Somewhere inbetween 160 and 180. I think I'm about 5ft 10 ish.

I'm 6"2 and I weigh about 10 1/2 stone, which is technically a tiny bit underweight. I eat a good amount, but I eat proper food as much as possible. Mind you, the amount I drink should see some sort of stomach appearing soon, but my body seems to like being slim. Ah well! As for exercise, tennis, football, I walk places...erm, I went for a 25 mile bikeride the other day (see blog).

Very close to 6ft now and weigh 13 stone.

Technically I should be fat, but (with the exception of my legs) I'm not...

Must all be muscle then. Smilie

I play a bit of football now and then, walking to and from school twice a day, but not a lot really...

I'm about 5"7/8 - not so sure, and weigh just over 10 stones, so just about the acceptable weight for my height.

I do virtually all my trips into and from school by foot where possible, try to do about 15/20 mins of exercise each day to some really unexpected music. I eat a lot of crap food, but not as much as I used to. I feel better about my size than I used to, and pretty happy where I am now though I wish I was a tad taller.

I look a right midgit standing next to Tempo and the other C3 guys!

I'm not too sure about myself....weigh about 10 stone (most weight in legs), I eat whatever, my legs and feet have poor circulation, I'm a freak, but I'm pretty healthy.

You should never ask a lady that, heh heh good thing I'm not a lady.
I'm 5"4 and weigh 158 so I'm kinda overweight but not much.
As for exersise I Run for an hour on my bike, 15 minutes of rowing 50 crunches 50 sit ups and300 lifts with a 12 pound weight on each arm, then what ever else I can do in a day.
I'm all about healthy eating, but damn easter choclate got in the way

JUST CAUSE I'M SHORT AND STOUT, IT DOESN'T MAKE ME A LITTLE TEA POT!!!!

About 5ft4/5 (probably will never know the actual accurate reading), weigh about 7.5 stones. Apart from the easter binge I eat quite healthily, am trying to get 5 portions of fruit and veg in a day but the max always turns out to be 3...water is good.

The fact that summer's approaching means I do a bit more exercise; more walking, trying to do some exercise at home, and hopefully play some more tennis and badmin over the easter and summer.

I'm about 6 foot and weigh about 11 - 11 and a half stones. My weight fluctuates around that range quite a lot. I think I'm about the right weight, but I'm not sure. The only exercise I do is walking a lot really.

My diet is also terrible, because I eat a lot of junk food. I only drink water, milk and orange juice a lot of the time though so I guess that makes up for it a little. I've got some muscle on my arms from when I did weights (I got a bit bored of doing them so I've lost quite a bit of muscle) and a comfortably (i.e. slightly) podgy stomach, so I'm pretty happy with how I am considering my diet and non-existant exercise regime.

I'm 6ft 1, weigh 10 1/2 stone. I eat alot and the food is good. Excercise is about 2 miles every thursday (paper round) and 2 hours of PE every fortnight.

I'm about 5ft 5, and i weigh about 8 1/2 stone.

I don't eat fruit as it really doesn't agree with me, and rarely any veg, but i'm still relatively healthy apart from the goddamn reaccuring cold that i get like once a month. Bah.

I skate a lot and do netball/hockey/football/athletics and crap at my school, also i have a martial art class twice a week, so i'm not exactly fat, i'm just not majorly thin either.

I'm 5'1". I'm not sure how much I weigh, but less time I checked it was in the region of 5st. I'm 15yo, btw.
