Thanks
.
I thought there had been a review on C3, but I obviously didn't look hard enough. Right, I think I'm ordering, unless anyone has anything else to say?

Brill game. Go for it! ![]()

Bugger, well I couldn't resist.

Whoop!
I reckon it's better than Jungle beat!

I just cancelled the order, and regret it ![]()
Dammit, to order or not to order, that is the question.

Order!
It really is ace, it'll last you ages too. ![]()

Better...than...Jungle Beat?
Dear God. Please stop it.

Don't be silly, of course it can't be better than Jungle Beat!
Jungle Beat is heaven. ![]()

I think King of Swing's fantastic. I paid full bloody price for it, though! Although I did find it to be a bit short, (about 4 hours of gameplay before you reach the end) there's loads of bonuses you can pick up. I haven't tried for them yet myself, but I'll probably end up having a go eventually.
Overall, I found it to be a refreshing take on platforming. In fact, I wouldn't even call this a platformer, I see it as more of a puzzler. I really enjoyed the whole swinging thing, and the game's constantly throwing up puzzles that'll make you grin when you work them out.
You've got classic Donkey Kong characters and the return of the blast barrel, too! There's also some pieces of music you'll recognise from Donkey Kong Country. If you've ever played DKC, you'll recognise the map theme instantly!![]()
Again, I found it a bit short, but still a blast. You can also take a break from the main game and play some race mini-games, which are really enjoyable.
I'd say

It really is. While the main game took me about 6 hours to complete. To beat it 100 percent took me well over 20. And you'll want to play it over and over again!
BUY! ![]()

hmmmmm the new King Of Swing Does Look Pretty good (i might invest) but can it really be better thatn jungle beat? IMPO i dont think so but i guess i wont know till i try it

Don't compare it to Jungle Beat! Honestly, it's completely different.
Where Jungle Beat is about zapping through the levels at high speed, racking up high scores, King of Swing is about working your way through the levels slowly, working out how you can use the pegs and levers to progress.
There's also bonus barrels littered about some of the levels. Completing the challenges will earn you crystal coconuts that will open up various other stuff.
Again, I'd definately recommend this to anyone!

But it's still better. ![]()

If you say so!![]()

I don't like the look of this game to be honest but at that price i suppose it's worth a go.

Graphics look good in motion actually.

I'd have it but its still rainchecked over at K-mart it stinks at least I got Minish Cap for a good price.
