I don't think it's feasible, it would take too many millions to develop.

There's a lot of people that would pay an awful lot to make it happen. Keep the faith!

Haha! I still like it in a weird nostalgic way! I did play a bit yesterday and gosh, I does sound even worse than I remember it being. It's been around 6 years I think since I last played through it! I definitely need to start a new file sometime and play through both I and II again.

I read that interview, it was pretty interesting and I learnt some new info about the series. I had no idea there was meant to be 4 Chiyoumen bosses!

I really like that Yu Suziki is still talking like sequels are still going to happen, which gave me a little bit of hope. I just wish Yu could sort something out through Kickstarter, since it's probably the only way it could happen at the moment and it's safe, because if it doesn't reach its goal, no one loses their money they donated.

Marzipan, remember I told you Shenmue is playable on Android . Well check this out (minimal visual glitches here and there, notably the eyelids of the main character but I do remember seeing a video with no glitches at all, perhaps with another version of Reicast).

Also the visual glitches appearing at the edges of the screen are because the player enabled forced widescreen rendering, so the emulator displays stuff that's normally outside the camera on a real Dreamcast, which is why textures or polygons might be missing, etc. Disabling that option would play the game in 4:3 without those problems. Game runs here in 1200p.

Runs really well! Definitely looks playable.

I think I'd rather play it on the Dreamcast, but it's a nice alternative option to have. Thanks for sharing, Rudy-san!
