Did you not see the video about how it's clearly a video from an emulator layed over another image? I love how the Metroid video goes past the edge of the 'LEGO' it's supposed to be made from... Or vice-versa, I can't tell...

this is very similar to the DS adverts on TV, they are usually on late night on channel 4, I have seen one on during 'The Friday Night Project' break.
