I wanted to do this before the xmas rush hits and everyone starts playing even more... how many hours have you been playing on your Wii console, in total? Grab a calculator, and go through all the 'Played Today' messages on the messageboard, adding up the totals.

For me, it's a measly 32 hours and 56 minutes since I got the console at launch =/

I'll figure it out later when I get my grubby mitts on the Wii again, me & my bro both play on it, so it'll be the total gameplay time of both me & my bro.

o.0; Figuring it out could be annoying though, because an hour is 60 minutes.... Basically, what's an easy way to work it out? I'm even confusing myself here!

EDIT: Dude, only 32 hours? You DID get Zelda didn't you? o.0;

Write down all the hours in one column on a piece of paper, and all the minutes in another column. Get totals for the two columns, then divide the minutes column by 60 and add that to the hour total.

And, yes, I did get Zelda. But both schoolwork and WoW are majorly distracting.

WoW.... schoolwork? You must be a nerd! *runs away*

Distracting as in "I have to do it or I'll fail" then?

As for WoW..... MMOs suck! *runs away*

26 hours and 21 minutes.

It's actually quite interesting to look back on playing habits. Monday is a bad day for me with half an hour and nothing on the two so far, through the week is about an hour a day (obviously due to work) and the weekends get around six hours spread between Rayman and Wii Sports. Not a surprise, but it'll be nice to see non-working week habits.

Nice idea anyway Phil Smilie

I can be pretty certain that my total play time will be something over 80... Not sure how long it'll be before I can get the actual thing though Smilie

Wow, I thought I had been quite restrained, but...

83 hours and 40 minutes.

Smilie

(That includes quite a lot of my my mum and brother playing... mainly me, though.)

I haven't even played it yet today!

EDIT: Let's get some 'interesting' facts going!

Most hours in one day: 10 hours and 6 Minutes.
Least house in one day: 1 hour 51 minutes.

Yeah, that will do... anything else requires effort.

I feel ashamed - 22 hours and 15 minutes.

I suppose two English coursework pieces adding to a total of 15000 words don't help, as well as Maths. And Art. And Music.

BAH!

So if he'd spent more time on a games console it would have made him less of a nerd? Smilie

Just counted 69 hours and 16 minutes up until now. 10 hours is Red Steel, 33 is Zelda, about 4 hours on Donkey Kong Country. The rest is Wii Sports/Play/Menu.

I'm pretty lame too, though my total only goes up 'til November. 25 hours 59 minutes, but since the total was only up until the end of November and I got mine at the U.S. launch, it really isn't that shabby. I hate homework.

Cubed3 Member

Jesus Craig! that's a lot of hours, how the hell did you do that? I thought you had lots of revising to do?

Anyway here's mine:

Total Play Time: 39:09 Hours
Longest Play in One Day: 8:22 Hours
Shortest Play in One Day: 00:49 Minutes

What's wierd is that the longest and shortest plays were both on a Thursday.

Curse my joblessness, to a lesser extent, my few, short classes, and me not having a life in the Sun...

167 hours and 40 some odd minutes.
Longest time: 19 hrs 42 min
Shortest time: 1 min

I am being ashamed of my life... Okay, not really... mabye a little...

the depressing thing about playing Wii is that every hour you clock up is depleting your batteries and costing you money..

The games may cost $100, but by the time you play them 100 hours (totalling all the controllers' playtime) it has actualyl cost $110.

Thank god my 1000 hours (estimated) on smash brawl are on wired gamecube controllers...

Get rechargable batteries then, and make sure there around 2500mAh.

Still, the Wii-mote should definately come with rechargeable batteries as standard.

From Wednesday 20th December, until the time of this post, me and my wife and neighbour, and us showing our friends the Wii, have clocked up 59:16 and my wife and our neighbour are both playing on it now as I speak, so it'll probably be 59:19 or something by the time I've finished typing. Smilie

We just got 4x4 Monster Trucks, Twilight Princess and Raving Rabbits today too. If anyone cares we've spent
