Zelda TP: Your Final Verdict

O.o Old thread. Ah well.

Loved TP to bits. Boss battles were far too easy, side-quests were a joke, but other than that, I think it rocked. I don't think it was a OoT clone, as many people seem to believe. The Wolf transformation and new items made it feel new. The dungeons felt new and fresh, with that mix of classic Zelda puzzles and brand new ones.
OK, it's not exactly as huge as Nintendo claimed...I finished it in 38 hours, took me 8 days. And it was a school week. But still, 38 hours is nothing to sniff at, still a chunky game.
EVERY game has it's weak points...MM had the time limit and crappy saving, WW had the sailing. OK, I don't think OoT had any weak points...maybe the Water Temple? :p

I loved it. Maybe those that didn't were expecting too much? Understandable considering the insane hype it got. :p

I must be the only person in existence to find the water temple easy.

If you ask me, OoT's weak point is that it didn't age so brilliantly. I still love it, but others don't. Others can't even play it anymore. Also the story is generic, especially by today's standards.

Majora's Mask HAS NO WEAK POINTS. Except the GC version, but that shouldn't count when it comes out on VC, it'll be flawless yet again! (Except arguably the price.... but that shouldn't count. )

Hold on, Majora's mask is on GC? What's the package called?

Zelda: Collector\'s Edition

Comes with Zelda I, II, OoT, MM and a WW demo. All of them work fine except MM, which has a few issues with sound and crashing.
