I guess they're not exactly the same, since Lucas' smashes seem to be more psychic, while Ness' were Yo-Yo/Baseball Bat XD

Ness has hope, & I hope he returns...

I'll be chanting with you my friend. I'm longing to see a match between Ness and Lucas. And still I don't see how some say Lucas would be a Ness clone. If you look at the clones in melee they have the same exact special moves as their counterparts.

wait why are you going to the white house? We should go to Sakurai's house with a petition and a 15 page report on why G&W and Ness should be in brawl. I'm pretty sure sheik will be there, but incase she isn't there will be a power point explaining her use in the game.

Hmm... I just found out that Lucas doesn't have PK Fire, PK Thunder OR PK Freeze.

There goes my theory about Lucas taking his moves & giving Ness new moves... Ness could always return with new moves... but it's looking more & more unlikely all the time...

If you read the very top of the update, it looks like a hint that Ness isn't returning.

i don't really care if ness has gone because i thought he was the worst in meele anyway plus Lucas has replaced him

i hope zero suit samus hasn't replaced shreik tho

i like the rope recoveries it isnt the best idea in the world but at least theres sumert else instead of up special moves in repetitive jumps

It's just the grab, you press Z & use it in middair, like Link & Samus' grabs from Melee. Up Bs are still intact... It's probably because lots of people found PK Thunder too hard to use.

Well, Im not really liking any of the rope recoveries. What happened to having the good ole third jump? I dont know, I dont like the idea of having to rely on a rope to get me to safety.

yeah I hear you man. Thats what makes Ness such an advance character not many people could pull off his third jump. It may come in handy though judging by all the randomness that going to be in Brawl you may just need that rope recover. I dont like the idea how they're simplifing rope recovers like with zamus her up B is a rope recover. I think sakurai's helping out the noobs a little to much.

those are true words of a noob Everyone knows pichu is the worst character. You probally thought Ness was the worst because you couldn't pull off his third jump.

I never said it ment you were stupid but it does mean you have a great lack of knowledge and skill when it comes to this game.

Well... actually...

Going by the Tier list, a list of the strongest to weakest Smash Bros characters (some people choose not to believe it because obviously they can improve with hard practise)

Mewtwo is the worst character, followed by Pichu, Kirby, Bowser, Ness, G&W, Zelda & Yoshi (from worst to best of the Lowest Tier list)

Shame that Kirby & Ness are at the bottom seeing as they were 2 of the best characters in the original game.
