But who is to say that they just arent putting it up yet because they dont know when it would be best to release it rather than it being after Q2?

Yes they could. Thing is, AUS doesn't need to have 5 or so languages translated for Brawl, so I don't see why we should wait just as long as EU. Fingers crossed.

Apparantly it is released soon after America in Australia. But seriously there isn't that much dialogue in SSB. Why would it take 6 months to translate?

Basically, some parts of Europe, like the UK and the Netherlands, where I live, don't either. We just get English versions, so I find it rather shit we always have to wait so much longer because of those crappy arses that can't be bothered learning English

Anyone here thinking of spamming NoE with complaints? It's gotta do something... I mean at least we may be able to get an idea of why the fuck it takes those lazy fuckers so long, when we got Mario Galaxy, quite text heavy compared to Smash, in the same week as the Americas.

Might send NoE an email or two tomorrow....

So we can get our games sooner, dagnabbit! And because English is more widespread than French, I think, so it has more advantages studying English above French^^

Sigh, every time I read about Brawl's online, I want to cry. Though it is nice to know that CPU will are able to replace people who D/C, not knowing if they have D/Ced would be annoying. I hate how you will be versing annoymous people and not be able to send messages, totally crap.

What I'm worried about is... can you have more than one player from the same Wii? At the moment it's not looking like it... for a game that emphasises multiplayer, the online so far is looking horrible. Not being able to have more than one player from my Wii is my worst fear. What do they expect me and my brother to get a Wii each!?

When you have a battle mode that runs online like Basic Brawl, the problem of what to do with hidden characters arises. If one of your opponents chooses a character you haven't unlocked yet, it will be spoiled for you immediately. So, this time I'm moving in the direction of not being too hung up on hidden characters. You can earn most characters by playing through Adventure Mode: The Subspace Emissary.

I was thinking about that the other day. He really doesn't explain whether or not secret characters will be already unlocked in online like Mario Strikers Charged.

For those of you who look forward to those encounters, I recommend you clear this mode before playing Basic Brawl.

I was going to do that anyway. So does that mean unlocked characters are already unlocked in online? Or does that mean that you may face an opponent using a secret charater that they unlocked after playing subspace?
