Next Friday!!! Woohoo! Just to be sure, I reserved one. I think I'll buy it and travel to my brother right away. This is a game we should explore together!

I'm going to try and get a Wired connection later this week. I can't wait! I'm looking forward to fighting like; everyone. The fights should hopefully be better

W00t!Braaaaaawl on Friday! I got Dragonball Z Burst Limit to quench my thirst, but its friday! Wow, hyped again having bought it with the freeloader? Nice work Masahiro who coincidentally voiced King Dedede in the game!

He also voiced Dedede in Kirby 64... it was the only thing he was credited for, how sad is that?

I feel so unprepared as I've not even played Brawl and the last time I played Melee was about a year ago. Can anyone give me some tips/character suggestions for an easy match on Saturday?

Well the general rule is that noone can find your main for you, you'll have to do that yourself, but it takes time.

I suggest getting some practise in on Melee. I was playing Melee every day for hours on end up until I got Brawl. The difference is noticable but you'll be used to Brawl in less than a week probably. Saying that I havn't played Melee since I got Brawl (I lent it to a friend... I really want it back )

- Use the character YOU like the best, regardless of tier placement, popularity or any of that.
- If you're looking for a good character for beginners, try:
Pit
MetaKnight
Ike
Pikachu
Kirby

Or just use a character you feel afe with in Melee. Most characters are similar enough, except the Melee clones, they've been changed a bit and will need a little more adapting.

If you use Sonic, spam your side taunt

If you use Captain Falcon, spam your B and your down taunt

If you use Ike, spam your side taunt

If you use Pikachu, spam your Down B and your down taunt.

That is all.

I still think I\'d get the Sleeve though. I\'m a whore for limited edition stuff. That and I never mail order anyway. There\'s always that risk of getting it AFTER it\'s in retail.

I've actually lost track of how long I've been looking forward to this game. It must be years by now.

I followed the daily Dojo updates, went through a phase of trying to ignore coverage of the U.S. version. Then I actually lost interest in the game entirely for a while due to the delay

But now, now that it's sitting in front of me... It's all come flooding back. See you online, people!
