Thought I would open a new one, as we are slowly entering into the autumnal period, and a whole flurry of new photo opportunities.

Post any Photos you have taken here, along with a title and a short description.

Cool, I actually need our season to change for me to take some Autumn photos though darn it! It was actually 90 degrees Fahrenheit today. Fall is coming slowly..

Since we have this one now, I'll stick it, and lock the other thread if thats okay with you, Monkeyman.

Most of the Insects will be disappearing now, as the Autumn sets in. The Butterflies are all but gone now, so my photography will gradually become limited.

Haha, surely there must be a few more people out there who take photographs?

Any who, I feel we should get the old photo competitions up and running again - if it is okay with the mods, could I possibly run one on a 2/3 week basis? Or perhaps the winner of the previous Photo Competition chooses the theme for the next?

Anyways, a few shots. Click for larger versions. (I darkened the Fly's hair a bit too much during post processing, but it is only really noticeable on full size.

The 1st and 9th are absolutely stunning.

What camera do you use monkeyman?...Those picures are so close up yet still amazing quality.

My faves are those water droplets.

I am using the Canon G7, with a Raynox adapter and a flash attached to the hotshoe.

Here is a piccie of the setup.

That's a pretty sweet setup. You take some pretty awesome shots there. I particularly like the one of the ant with the reddish tint to it.

I'll have to get my little compact cam out and take some pics of the fall weather.

And Monkeyman, those shts of the droplets with the daisies in the reflection are marvelous. God you always make me want to take up photography when you post your stuff. How much would a setup like yours cost?

But seriously, I tried to not focus on the Opera House to get those blurry Lights across the image, I thought it was better than having it in focus the focus was on that first light post if you note.

Ah Kangaroo Kid, Thanks mate! yeah I live here in Aus as well! Where are you from? I live in Syd, dude people have no idea of how awesome the places around here are! They Prefer to go to the city, and don't try to adventure themselves in unknown places...

I love doing that kind of stuff!! If you live here in Syd as well, maybe we could meet up and I'll take you along with my mates for some photoshooting if you want!
