What is the value of stress?

It doesn\'t make you feel better. It doesn\'t make others that have to put up with you feel better. It doesn\'t help resolve the problem; it really only makes it worse as it decreases your ability to deal with the problem.

Why stress about things you can\'t change? You can\'t change them so why bother stressing about it? Let the chips fall wherever and clean up the mess afterwards.

Why stress about things you can change? Just change them. It will be a lot easier to deal with a problem if you are not stressed out. Once you start working on it you\'ll probably find that it wasn\'t quite as bad as you first thought!

I heard once that most things stressed over NEVER actually happen! Which makes stressing in the first place even more pointless.

I'm not stressed...but getting slightly annoyed how I'm playing PSO so much - it means I then have to stay up late to finish my homework.

Yeah, there's no point in being stressed, but sometimes you can't help but worry. I've got so much coursework to do, and I lack motivation, so I'm worried I'll lose my AS Levels, in which case I A2 won't be a walk in the park either....

Brawl + AS coursework/revision = PARADOXIAL.

Yeah I get my January exam results on Thursday, though most of my exams are in the summer.

Hopefully I did well, because that will get an exam out of the way. I don\'t particularly want to retake any.

And of course life is never pointless. And I don\'t need religion to see that either. Just the happiest times.

For example, tomorrow I might be playing Brawl. Moments like that I live for.

Yeah I hope i did okay in all my exams bar mechanics...my calculator was in the wrong mode = no answer correct...it'll be interesting to see how many marks I can get for just methods....because i'm pretty sure I did everything correctly.
