I just bought a hoard of PS3 games from Gamestation, i had a £50 trade in card, and was scared that if the group went into administration they wouldn't honour the credit.
So i just bought;
Mirrors Edge £1.98
Haze : £1.98
Brink : £2.98
Tom Clancys HAWX2 : £7.98
Virtua Tennis 4 : £7.98
Deus Ex Human Revolution : £7.98
Killzone 3: £7.98
F1 2011 : £19.99!
They have tons in there and i am sure they will get cheaper but you might find that the games won't be as good! A fair few people were raiding shelves in Gamestation and GAME! I suggest doing the same and spending your reward card points!

I haven't picked them up yet but I preordered Kid Icarus, Xenoblade Chronicles, Spirit Camera & Last Story WOOT!!

I've got £50 on my Game card, I better spend them before Game dies. >_<

@Kafei: Wait, you didn't buy a Circle Pad Pro with RE: Revelations? I got it with the RE: Revelations bundle since it was much cheaper than buying it stand-alone and now I couldn't possibly imagine playing the game without it.

I couldn't find a SINGLE bundle of RE:Revelations with the CPP in my country.
I've been playing RE:R without it (and haven't had any problems dealing without it). On the other hand, I can't imagine myself sitting through all of MGS3D without it, after trying out the demo.

Picked up some bargains from GAME. I urge every Brit on this site to get their arse down to their nearest store, cos you'll find some good deals right now. People are snapping them up left, right and centre. There were plenty more I could have got I guess, but I'm content with this. The two DS Zeldas were £10 each, Ocarina 3D was £15, for more examples.

I also went down to GAME and Gamestation, only got one game in the end.

I went to Game as well (Gamestation closed a couple of years ago around here with no notice)

I think some prices may be store specific though, mine were sell the DS Zelda for £20, OoT for £25. The shop was the busiest I've ever seen it, even more so than at Christmas.
There were a couple of other games I was looking to buy, but when I checked the discs they were in terrible condition, with massive scratches and one was cracked

Now it's definite that Grey doesn't exist, I've had to bite the bullet.

I've been wanting to buy one for a while and now I finally went for a really great deal in form of a limited time special offer...

With this and swordplay, I definitely have found my two main sports which I'll be pursuing for a long time. ![]()

I couldn't even tell what it was from that picture because it's so blurry, I thought it was some kind of circuit board at first.
I've always wanted to try archery, it looks like a lot of fun. Plus I enjoyed the Wii Sports Resort version a lot. XD

A circuit board? Really? The picture isn't THAT bad.
I would use our normal digital camera instead of my 3DS but my sis always has that one like all the time and whenever I try to get it for a quick picture, the battery is completely empty. Ridiculous...
Archery is indeed a ton of fun, especially when you hit your target in dead center. I tried it a few times with a mate before buying my own bow in one of the many shooting ranges we have in my area. A lot of them consist of fake animals scattered throughout the wood too, so that's pretty great. If you can find a place to try archery out in your area, I'd definitely give it a...shot. ![]()

Anyways maybe I will give archery a try some time in the future.
Now that you've got the sword and the bow, buy a shield and wear a green tunic and then run around your local town swinging the sword like a hooligan and record it and then upload it to Youtube. It's a surefire way to get a viral video. =3

Did playing The Last Story get you more interested in giving archery a go? I know Zael uses a crossbow, but yeah.

Archery is extremely fun, loved doing it in college when I use to go

@L: Glad you liked my pun. ![]()
@Mush: Nah, not really. I've decided on getting into archery several months ago and even hinted at it in my swords blog back then.
I was just waiting for the right deal, since my main hobby is still gaming and I don't have a lot of money left for other things, at least not before I finish school and get a job.

I picked up Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition for £4.98 from GAME, Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn for £7.98, 100 Classic Book collection DS for 98p. Prince of Persia (2008) for £2.98
I keep getting tempted by some deals, all in all i have bought 15 games from GAME/Gamestation in the past week!
Hopefully that should keep me entertained!

Just raided GAME and Gamestation!
Advance Wars: Dark Conflict (DS)
MotorStorm (PS3)
Disaster: Day of Crisis (Wii)
Trauma Center: New Blood (Wii)
Battalion Wars 2 (Wii)
Ninja Gaiden 2 (360)
Halo 3 (360)
Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360)
Just Cause (360)
Project Gotham Racing 4 (360)
Equated to £2.50 each!

Mass Effect 3 PC
Crysis 2 PC
Mafia II PC
Wipeout 2048 Vita
Stardust Vita

£7.98 in the Gamestation sale.

Spent $30 which is about £21 on DoubleFines Kickstarter project.
Entitles me to a DRM free version of the game, access to the "backers" forums, Digital copies of the Documentry and Soundtrack.
They raised over $3 million when the project only needed $400,000 so it's gonna be interesting to see how it turns out.
