PSN and XBLA? Capcom are liars.

Yeah it's a bit of a B as it takes a little prestige from the classic game returning to it's spiritual home, it's no big thing though.

I had a joygasm when I saw the above, I cannot wait till E3 to see more It sounds like a hefty game according to the IGN article.

Seriously, why would Capcom say it was a Wiiware exclusive and then release this!? It actually pisses me off for god knows why. Reminds me of RE4/VJ on GC.

Still it looks nice, and I'm certain this couldn't have run on the NES, there are some pretty good quality sprites and animations/movements in there for a NES game.

If it was a NES game it'd be a Kirby's Adventure beater. It'd lag like hell too.

The nostalgia from watching that... ahhhhh.

Yeah looks pretty sweet, to be honest I couldn't see this remaining on a single platform it's just too big a deal!

I won't buy it simply because the nostalgia factor doesn't have an effect on me. I've never been a Megaman fan.

Awesome and a bit creepy Mega Man 3-age:

Pretty cool vids, they could have been a bit creative rather than just making Hatsune say "lalala" through the whole thing.

Nothing to do with graphics. I never liked Megaman.

That elephant playing with his ball was pretty cool/creative.

The game looks sick. I hope it's as hard as the old ones.

I think my favourite part was unlocking a new weapon, megaman was one of the old games where you really got a wonderful sense of awe every time you got a new ability.

Cannot wait till tonight, I've been waiting near 15 years for this

How likely would you say is dlc including a graphical update? While the retro style of Megaman may be lovable for a lot of his fans, I'm far more likely to get it with updated graphics. We have the updated gameplay with ProtoMan Mode, but that's only half of it.

Awesome game

In the past 2 hours I have managed to beat 4 bosses, which I think is good going seeing as though the rest are comprised of Jewel Man and Tornado Man who\'s levels are evil. Plus it\'s late, lol. This is the second hardest game in the series I have played, behind Megaman I reckon. I never had so much trouble playing Megaman 2 for the first time. Anyway, it\'s a truly great game and very fun despite the punishment it deals out, it\'s easily well worth the 1000 points. The achievements are killers lol, and I do mean killers!. I cannot fathom how people are going to be able to get them using the lame 360 DPad, it\'s hard as it is already with a Ninty one..

Anyway, I am off to bed, but come tomorrow I will beat this awesome game!

Im already at the last boss , and i agree with you linkyshinks the tornado man music is AWSOME . Oh and by the way Jewel man is way easy if you have galaxy mans gun, takes like 5 or 4 hits to kill him with it. And the plug ball is good for tornado man, but im sure you already knew this .

I wanna know if you can play Megaman 9 on PSP any way, through PSN or PS3. Is there a way?

No. Only PS1 downloads can be transfered to PSP with the exception of Bionic Commando\'s Remote Play ability. I doubt the PSN download will support RP.






Yeah Jewel Man is piss easy once you manage to get through the level and use that weapon . No spoilers please, half the fun is working it out for yourself through trial and error, in this games case lots of error lol.

I have 2 more bosses to go then Wily stage when I get a chance to play tonight.

Have you taken on any of the achievements yet?

So, Wily's castle is so unforgiving. Second stage of it and no way to get back to it after I die unless I beat stage 1 first. You pretty much have to play this game down to a chemistry to beat it.

I'm annoyed about the prices of the "micro-transactions". They're trying to get the price of a boxed game by adding a few little bits and pieces that make the original look incomplete and charging a fortune for them. >_>
