I think i'll probably go for the Wii one my self, seems like overkill running this game on 360 hardware and the wii isn't as noisy.
I was hoping the HD consoles would display the sprites in super crisp clarity but it seems they just went for some good old 480p upscaling.

Probably not be getting it for a while though, other games to complete at the moment!

Did you read that somewhere or are you just assuming that. You could be right.

In Megaman there is no need for analogue control. it\'s either you\'re running or not.

There is also after touch on jumps which is absolutely vital in this game.

They do not have a clue, they really don\'t,... noobs.

Come on LS. No need to provoke further.

I wasn\'t even trying to say the D-Pad is more advanced than the Analogue stick, and I think that\'s completely irrelevant. Who cares if it\'s a more advanced piece of hardware? Noone here is denying it\'s more advanced, but just like VHS or tape can be easier to use in some situations over DVD, I think the same can be applied to the D-Pad, which I feel is better suited to some games.

And to be honest I think the Classic controller and the Dualshock are pretty damn loose analogue wise. I wouldn\'t mind playing Megaman 9 on the 360 with the analogue, but I\'d prefer it on Wii with the D-Pad. It just gives you more precision.

Basically if you used the Classic Controller or Dualshock to play MegaMan 9, I\'d have to say you were crazy if you chose the analogue over the D-Pad, especially since Dualshock and Classic Controller have really good D-Pads.

I've got the Wii version because playing 'retro' games such as this just feel more at home with a d-pad, while the 360's d-pad is functional but not ideal.

It's good fun from what I've played (a few of the stages), hard as nails though!

I finally managed to complete it last night, it was a tough task that took some doing I can tell you.

Here is a exploit that will get 4,999 screws to spend in the shop if need be.

Got to Jewel Man\'s level and beat the boss, then go to Plug Man\'s level where the exploit can be found. Find the bit early in the stage where there are those small rotating tube type enemies from the past games that float around out of spawn points. Where there is loads of spawning position yourself on the ground where there is a floating platform to the left and a small platform to the right, stay on the ground and switch Jewel Shield on. The spawning enemies above will float down and be killed instantly leaving you many screws in the process. Leave it for a couple of hours and you will get the maximum amount of screws which is 4999, to spend in the shop..

I remember a exploit similar to this in Megaman X, somewhere in the first Sigman level. I wouldn't be surprised if Capcom purposely put the exploit in MM9. Smilie Doing it atm.

The rest of the dlc is up on the Marketplace now, not sure about Wiiware though.

Someone will have to tell me how hard the Super Hard Mode is, because if it\'s incredibly hard already then that must be hard beyond belief!!

    EDIT:

    Now with hilarious annotations!

It\'s crazy hard, start from the start and use of a ton of weapons to traverse it and no room for any failure. That\'s Megaman lol.
