Valkyria Chronicles has to the best RPG so far this gen. The team work in they own time to make DLC, I think that say alot about the team love for this game. I hope they make more on PS3 and PSP.

Edy has got to be one of my favourite characters.

Close to be being the best RPG, I'd say the best RPG this gen has been Demon's Souls (everyone must pick up either the Asian English import or the recent American Atlas import). Valkyria Chronicles is next in line fighting over 2nd spot with Disgaea 3.

I got a PS3 (120gb new model). I have Valkyria Chronicles and Killzone 2. Demon\'s Souls (i.e. the reason to own a PS3) is in the post.(I picked the asian version as I heard that the community is friendlier)

Valkyria Chronicles has deeply annoying anime people in it who behave and express themselves in the way only anime people do, and the usual thick american localisation which clashes horribly with the setting. And I wish it wouldn\'t go back to the stupid book menu between every little screen, why can\'t it just play everything and I\'ll tell it when I want it to stop or skip something? The game itself however seems really good as a JSRPG, and obviously it looks nice.

Killzone 2 came free with the console. It has very swish graphics and I quite like pace/feel of it but ultimately it\'s just an even more scripted Call of Duty game which I don\'t find very interesting. Not tried it online yet.

Online is where Killzone 2 excels, but more scripted that Call of Duty, really? It's not like they sit you in a car going through back alley just so you can be shot in the face. Or your in space for no reason waiting for an EMP to go off.

Gran Turismo 5's been put back to a summer release due to "production related matters", in Japan at Least

Sony said this only applies to Japan, but God knows what this will do for our launch of it, we never were given a release window, were we?

Yeah we were, around summer. This seems like a worldwide release now. Theres so much games coming out I don't care for the delay.

Yeah I remember you saying it was a bit much. I'd seriously take Killzone 2 over MW2 and those campers and super soldiers. Meh

Anyway I completed Valkyria Chronicles, the ending was good but it was a bit OTT with the "5 years later" thing going on. Some wtf stuff in there too. Now I'm going on the play the dlc missions!

Rumours flying around indicate the GT5 delay is to release it alongside the PS3 3D firmware update due to the hype surrounding the demo shown at the recent game show

That wouldn't surprise me I'm still waiting for the day when WipEout HD prompt me to do another firmware update.

Wipeout will no doubt go 3D, still the best racer on all 3 consoles, fury basically raped all competition this year

HIGH 5 you damn right, I love Fury almost never bought it. Glad I did.

3 New RPG's hitting the PS3 over the next 2 months, i'm running out of hours and money to support the influx

I've got Wipeout HD and the Fury expansion. Don't like either of them.

To each his own but why/what didn't you like?
