I played both Uncharted 2 and inFamous from 8pm to 5am on Saturday night... I think inFamous hooks you into playing once you start but Uncharted 2 is better at initiating it.

Steam: Guess what?

Grumbles - get MAG!!
I'm counting down the days till the AU release. Hang on Martin I'll make it there eventually

I'm just waiting for all these awesome fucking games to stop releasing![]()

I'm waiting for them to not cost 65 Euros.

I'm waiting for them to be stolen from shops so I can buy them for £8 each off some pikeys.
Finished my first playthrough of inFAMOUS, today! Was playing on the good side, and a great game overall. One thing I don't like is how there is no reward for playing a balanced game. It's either be all evil or all good. That is if you want your Cole to be as powerful as he can be.
This is due to the 'rating system', and how some powers are only available if Cole is on a certain tier of the good or bad side. Thus, doing good deeds and bad deeds heavily restricts Cole's ability to grow his powers, and the game is a lot tougher. There should have at least been a third ending for playing neutral.
But whatevers, it's a cracking game. Looking forward to the Arch Lighting on my evil playthrough. That stuff reminds me of the emperor from Star Wars.

Being evil was most enjoyable. Upgrade everything to the maximum and you'll be unstoppable. The only thing that dissapointed me about InFamous is the lack of enemies once you've cleaned up the city. On my evil and good playthroughs i've cleaned up/destroyed the city in both completeing every mission and now there literally nothing to do

Heads up:
FF8 will be/is on the store later. £7.99. Awesome.

Just bought it! ^^ Will download it asap.
Finally I'll have played every mainseries FF game.

NEXT UP FF9!!!!!!! my fav ^^ cant wait to get it on psp

What was the time difference between FF7 and 8 releasing on the PSN? A year? So we're most likely gonna have to wait the same length for FF9 right? I'm not too fussed because I have them all on PS1 and playable on PSP, but it would be great to see them out there.
What are the file sizes of FF7 and 8 on the PSN by the way? Were they compressed from their original sizes from the PS1?
Also, a farfetched thought has just sprung into my mind... Would it be possible to put the likes of FFX on the PSN? The PS3 Slim obviously cannot play PS2 games, so there are certain people out there missing out on gems like FFX. It made me wonder, would FFX be too big of a game to download from the PSN? It's just a random thought, I know it would never happen. But I remembered the rumour of Dreamcast titles coming to PSN (or XBLA, can't remember which), and wondered if PS2 titles could be possible too.
Either that, or re-release them Wii-style for the PS3 lol. But I think everyone knows how easy it is to find PS2 games in any games shop or online. There's so damn many of them.
Oh, and it looks like I'll be getting Sonic 4 on the PS3 =] Can't wait.

I see, so they were reduced in size a little bit? But you basically cannot play them on your PSP without a big enough memory stick.
And that's interesting, I didn't quite realise Xbox games (or 360 games for that matter) could be downloaded to the hard drive. Here's hoping PS2 titles can make their way over.

I have a PS3 and have a ton of Blue-Ray movies, and that can keep me going for awhile.

How many Blu-Rays do you have?

Good luck with that, Sony can't seem to make a software emulator that is capable of running PS2 games on a PS3. All PS2-compatible PS3s from launch had some of the PS2 hardware inside, so it was never just emulation.

The first PS3's had the Emotion Engine, the Gun Metal MGS4 PS3 did emulation. It was expensive and some games didn't even work, my mate couldn't play Yakuza 2.

If anyone wants to have a game on Uncharted or Little Big Planet just PM me. I am dying to play LBP with someone. I do have condemned 2 as well.

I'll play UC2 with you but you need a mic for the lolz, I came play without a mic though. S1mez86 if you're upto it.

So I dunno why it took me so long to notice, but White Knight Chronicles is actually coming out in Europe, and very soon too.
Looks like a prettier FFXII to me. Anyone considering buying?

I might get it, but perhaps later along the line. It's out the same day as Heavy Rain...and God of War 3 3 weeks later.

Fahernheit was an amazing game.
It's main problem was that the story got a little silly near the end and the final scenes didn't do a good job of concluding everything. I still think it's well worth checking out if you haven't played it. Even when things do get crazy, it's still a great game.
Brilliant soundtrack too.

The reviews are coming up good.

I have a problem on my PS3 and I really don't know what to do. I am downloading a movie from the PSn and the time keeps going up for some reason. It just gets to 1% and then says that there is an error. Do I have to activate my PS3 for this to work, because I have bought 2 movies already and there was no problem. If anyone has a solution I would be glad to know what it is.
