I think it's brilliant that Sony own yet another brilliant studio to add to their collection of other brilliant studios.

And here I thought Sony already owned MM. It's not like anything will really change because of this, since I'm sure most people already considered LBP a Sony franchise.

They owned the IP only, oh they'll get better funding and what I'm excited about is the tech sharing that Sony first parties do. Thanks to Guerrilla Uncharted 2 had no screen tearing. Thanks to NDi and Guerrilla God of War 3 looks batshit insane. These guys help each other out ahd then outdo each other.

But seeing as PS3 won't have an LBP2 the next game from MM will be exciting, these guys are definitely a studio to watch.

Which part did you lose him in?

Update: Just finished Heavy Rain and had all 4 Heroes alive. Starting again to unlock all 18 epilogue chapters

I lost him at Mad Jack, I'm playing on hard mode.

Mage you complete games really quickly man. You'll have that platinum in no time.

Yeh mad jack was fun on hard. Now I just have to wait for someone else on here to finish it so we can talk plot

I probably would've of finished it by now if it weren't for the apocolyPS3. I've got to get back to working the rest of the week now.

Edit - Completed it, it was very intense and felt like a rewarding experience. I don't remember any plot holes and no one was left out from the ending even if they were dead.

PS3 HAS NO GAMES.

PS3 does make for a nice cutlery substitute when the cutlery drawer is running dangerously-low (ie: it's all dirty and I'm not fucked to do any washing). Imagine it's a huge, really really huge, really black.. spoon.

Woohoo! Zavvi just dispatched my copy of FFXIII! With any luck it'll be here on launch day!

Aw, well I've had an 'order receipt' from ShopTo, but no email to say they've actually dispatched it or not. Maybe it's on its way, who knows? I sure hope so.

And I've got my first HDTV ordered too, possibly arriving tomorrow. Got a Panasonic S10 32" LCD. Apparently it is one of the best TVs for low input lag so is one of the best LCD screens for gaming. £425 on Amazon, so it comes just in time to play FFXIII on it

I've got a fricking huge back catalogue of games to get through, so now that I've beaten all my PS3 games, I'm going through Mario Galaxy and whatever else on the Wii I can finish up before FFXIII gets here.

And then I'll be stuck on that for a month solid probably :/ We'll see how much longevity it has. But I definitely want to get my money's worth, especially considering how tight I am when it comes to paying hefty sums on games.

My copy of FFXIII has been posted also.

Heavy Rain didn't arrive today so it should arrive tomorrow. (I would have been better off buying it at a HMV store )

Having both HR and FFXIII in one week is gonna be crazy. Not been this excited about gaming since the Japanese release of Pokemon HG/SS

I just know that I'll love FF13. Everything I've read/seen of it has lived up to what I was hoping it'd be.

FF12 killed any anticipation I could ever have of 13. Will most likely try it eventually though.

Clearly S-E has learnt nothing about evolving its series, they only care about the instant popularity of any title that has Nomura as the character designer.
