I guess the Uncharted trailer is using the American date system, and will be out on November 1st, and not January 11th.

Anyone else notice that since the update this week, PSone Classics from the EU store now run at full-screen on PAL PS3s? Seems a minor change the PSone emulator was made for PAL consoles with the update. Great news, if you ask me! Now I feel far less inclined to force 4:3 on my television when playing PSone Classics. Before, the 16:9 stretch + borders made everything so horribly squished.

Try it yourself! I assume this goes for playing actual PSone discs in your PS3, too. I'll try it with Fear Effect when I can be arsed.

Killzone 3 Advert & Gun Attachment Demo

Killzone 2 looked nice, but the control input latecy was huge. Almost Tomb Raider 1 huge. You press fire, and half a second later he fires his gun. They'd really need to fix this if they want me to give a shit about Killzone 3.

New TV services on PS3!

Joining BBC's iPlayer, the PS3 will be getting access to ITVplayer and Channel 4's 4od service. Both will be ad supported and are expected to hit sometime this week. I've heard they've already been added and will check later!

Yeah both are nicely presented. Only had time to watch something on ITV Player. Quality-wise, it's still got a long way to go before it matches the iPlayer.

I just found that out yesterday. I thought I had done something to download them. Well at least we can watch more TV on the PS3 now.

Square Enix has confirmed the release of Tomb Raider Collection on PlayStation 3 for the month of March 2011 (29 euros).

It's not clear if the first two will be HD upgrades of the PS2 games or ports of the 360 versions.

I've got them all on the 360 but it's nice for PS3 owners who haven't played Legend or Anniversary.

I'm currently looking for people to try and help me get one of the most frustrating trophies in the game - which is by getting 10 Protectorate medals.

I've added a few people from the message board for the game at Gamefaqs so it might not be a problem, but I thought I'd give a shout here too just in case anyone can help me out with it. Even if you don't play it much, you could still help me achieve it.

Not expecting much because this thread isn't always active, but worth a try all the same.

Anyone getting Little Big Planet 2? My Brother's renting it and it's looking good so far, he's doing a playthrough on youtube as well.

Sure thing, L. If I see you on, I'll try invite you over. They're a fricking pain to get even when you're trying to get them. You need your team members to not throw the treasure, and run with it instead. And you preferably need the other team to not be very good and shoot the treasure carrier. If all these things don't go to plan, it's almost impossible to get. I got one protectorate medal the other day without even trying to get it, but it's just so annoying that I need 10 just for one trophy.

Ah that does seem quite hard to get but we should still be able to do it though. Oh and another thing, I don't have the DLC maps. Does that make a difference?

No, it won't, unless you wanted the trophy too. The trophy I'm after is part of the DLC. But it won't be up for grabs for you unless you have the DLC too. That can't stop you helping me though!

However, I may have found a solution to getting these medals, so I may not require your help after all. I've found a bunch of people online and we plan to create two teams of 3 in different lobbies, then search for a match, and hope to be paired against each other. This way, both teams will be able to work together to let the one person after the medals get them! Last night we managed to get into a match together, but it ended up being a deathmath, not plunder. So hopefully going to try again tonight.

So if I see you on tonight L, and you're free, I will invite you to help. But it looks like I might be okay. Either way, thank you

Sorry if it's been discussed in the previous 58 pages, but is anyone else playing Sports Champions? I think the table tennis game is very fun, but I can't figure out how to beat gold level Kenji. He's too good.

Finally started Uncharted 2 and completed it yesterday. A superb game and improves greatly on the first (which was already good).

I was looking into trying the online out. Anyone here still play?

I might be inclined to give it another go if I can find the time though. I was hooked online for absolutely ages at one point.

That's Ico right? Good to see them actually delivering a true HD remake.

Would love to see the likes of Final Fantasy X given this treatment.
