Got it back on the xbox when it first released, a really good game.

It is my core issue with Uncharted's multiplayer as a whole; one on one combat is incredibly mundane and always plays the same way. I remember playing the Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta and stating how I preferred Gears 2 multiplayer. Funnily enough, having played both the Gears 3 beta and Uncharted 3 beta, I prefer Gears 3 by miles.

Gotta apologise for not being on Uncharted 3 beta much. I just haven't had time or motivation to sit down and play it for some reason, and I believe the Three Team Deathmatch is removed in the latest update, which is a shame.

Played it yesterday a fair bit though and really got into it. I can tell I'm way off my old best of Uncharted 2, but still having fun. I enjoy playing Plunder a lot; you can rack up a ton of cash from playing that.

Oh, and I'm curious for Catherine too. I noticed Troy Baker's voice (Snow, FFXIII) straight away, and that peaked my interest some more! Will be good to get some opinions on it when people here get it.

Just downloaded the English demo for Catherine. A lot more excited for the game now. Lots of classic persona cast voices, the 26th can't come around soon enough

Sideway debut trailer. 2.5D PSN game.

After having recently played and loved Braid, I am so digging this. Love me some 2D sidescrollers/puzzlers that mix it up.

Loving the psn and xbla titles coming out, but Journey and Sideway are definitely my two most followed

Limbo just came out on PSN too. I played the demo and it's quite cool. Wish we had the option to use the d-pad though. I heard it's a little on the short side, as it seems these sort of games are, so I might wait for a price drop of some kind. It's £10 atm, and a little cheaper with PS Plus.

Just Beat Catherine on Sunday. Far and Away one of the best games I've played in a long time. Sadly, I thought it looked stupid the first time I saw previews of it but decided to give the demo a try anyway. That's when I realized the game was a phsychological thriller story with a gameplay mechanic potentially more cerebral than Portal 2.
Next game I can't wait for is No More Heroes on the ps3. missed out playing the wii version and since the little brothers have hijacked the wii I'm glad they decided to do a remake.

NTSC-J And NTSC-U PSone Classics Confirmed For SCEE

Publishers who own the rights to release PSone titles that were previously only available in the US and/or Japan will now be able to apply to have them released on the SCEE PlayStation Stores (providing they are rated by the appropriate ratings boards for each territory).
All titles will be published ‘as is’, with either English or Japanese language game content where available.
All titles will run at 60 Hz and you will need a 60 Hz capable display to play them properly.
This also means that if a PAL version of a title has been unable to pass QA in SCEE, but the NTSC version is already available on the PlayStation Store in SCEA or SCEJ, we can look at publishing that version instead. We cannot simply take the US version and publish it immediately, as it has to be reprocessed for SCEE, but at least we know the title should already be relatively bug-free.

I guess it's a start. Now they just need to re-release the NTSC versions of games already on the store

The PSV isn't coming out in the west this year apparently.

Bit of a shame but I'm kinda glad. Just preordered a new Xbox 360 so this'll give me a chance to save up for it.

I was gonna say though really, is anyone that bothered? Haven't been following what's coming that much, but didn't seem like many interesting games for the Vita yet. Will people here really buy it at launch anyway?

I wasn't ever planning on buying one so it doesn't really matter to me, I thought some people might like to know though.

It's a handheld PS3, so no.

Was curious to who is getting one though, and whether they could give me reasons to buy one.

I think the touch screen and back touch pad have a lot of potential in terms of separating the PSV from the PS3. I think a lot of people are just excited at the thought of playing HD-console level games on a handheld.

Now it's up to the developers to use the PSV tech in creative ways!

Europe works out to be around $110 more expensive, although taxes aren't taken into account with this

Right, I'm now PS3-Equipped, and I need some ammunition, so fire some game suggestions at me!
I have Uncharted and MGS4 already, so will probably get the next games in those series. Don't really want nitty gritty shooters.

Oh yeah, Ah'm Darkspine_S on PSN (really old I.D, can't be arsed to change it.)
