I think that the next super smash bros should be on D.S. or when they make a new nintendo system it should be on that but not on wii again.

The next super smash bros. should be on a new system seriously get rid of old systems bring out the new ones!!!!

Would prefer for the wii, but this time they can add way more options for online, more characters and stages, and more customizable stage creator. Probably take a fair few years before Nintendo bring out another console anyway.

No but there is an online trailer that it is for d.s. it is the same controls except the select button is to get rid of items.

What difference does it make how many buttons the DS has? If Nintendo wanted to put SSB on the DS they could do it.



Based on what evidence? There has only been 1 SSB for each of Nintendo's home consoles since the 64, that's 3 if you can't count.

Yeah, as others have said, there will be no Smash Bros DS and no Smash Bros Wii 2. The next Smash Bros will most likely be on Nintendo\'s 8th gen home console.

There is a Smash Bros DS homebrew project. It\'s awful.

just wait till the new nintendo come out in 2010-2011. super smash bros aint like the mario franchises which nintendo makes over n over again ya know. super smash bros got a high enough replay value to last the generation. so 1 super smash bros enough for me on the wii. and super smash bros would suck on the DS(coming from a DS lover), it just aint meant for handhelds ya know wat i mean??

I AM THE d.s. lover!!! well now I know that super smash bros will not be for d.s. but it could also be for wii or a new system probably a new system because think about it nintendo made super smash for every non-portable nintendo system so probably on the next nintendo system which every system it takes longer to make so I expect around late 2010 early 2011.

If you want a good beat-em-up for the DS, then look no furthur than Jump Ultimate Stars.

It remains my favourite game on the system for the past 3 years


Before that my favourite game was Jump Super Stars which was equally as awesome but ultimate stars is much better. It\'s like the jump from Mellee to Brawl. GET IT.

The next Nintendo console won\'t be around for a LONG time, much later than 2012 I\'d say. The Wii is still doing great, far too early to announce a new gen. And there won\'t be another Smash Bros until then.



Except the NES and SNES. But they were probably before your time.

Echoes, as amazing as Ultimate Stars is...these guys can barely handle English, you expect them to play a fully Japanese game...? ^_^;
