I'm really getting pissed at the hackers in mariokart wii i mean when ever i check the time trial ranking for one of the tracks the top ranking is alaways like 00:00:137!! how do people do that?Smilie

CONSIDER THEM EATEN!!!!

It's called CHEATS. Yes, there are still stupid people in the world who use them.

It requires great courage to look at oneself honestly, and forge one's own path.

Hacking is part of ze game
if you tell people stop it they will do it more if you ignore it they'll stop eventually

I think you've got 'hacking' confused with 'bullying'.

No they won't stop if you ignore them and they won't stop if you complain.

They should do what they're starting to do with The Conduit

if Nintendo guy catches you hacking you Wii will get hacked so no more online...or something like that...

it's a homebrew thing

You can't really ignore it Captain, with times like those it's impossible to beat them. Nintendo need to keep moderating and checking these rediculous scores.

Nintendo needs a proper avoid/complain system like Microsoft does.

WiFi totally fails really =_=

Might be the reason why they didn't have any leader boards for brawl, or they just couldn't be bothered XD

The second reason.

Most of SEGA's games have leaderboards (no actual WiFi play though Smilie)

Case in point: Samba de AmigoSmilie

I guess Nintendo never really had any actual Mass WiFi experience until the Wii/Later-DS-years. Of course, Microsoft had been dealing with the sort for years with the PC.

Hopefully, Nintendo will eventually get the hang of it.

I dunno about PSN (I imagine it's the same kind of deal), but if you get caught cheating on Xbox LIVE you get suspended or banned from the service. Thus, no more online games for the cheater. Very rarely have I seen cheating/hacking on XBL, and that was years ago on the original EGGSBAWKS. Nintendo should be punishing these people.

C\'mon hacking and cheating of some sort renders most DS games unplayable online. I still love Tetris online though. But for a company that revolutionized the accessibilty of internet gaming with the DS, you\'d think they\'d revolutionize on the quality too.

The Japanese are too proud. They should give in and take a leaf out of China\'s book. Internment camps and executions for cheaters.

Now that I think about it though...

"Mum I wasn't wearing the wrist strap and now the TV is broken!"
"Let's complain Smilie"

"Mum I won lots of money on the Pokémon slot machines and then spent it all on children's trading cards!"
"Let's complain SmilieSmilie"

"Mum I was using cheats in an online battle and I got banned so I can't play it anymore!"
"Let's complain SmilieSmilieSmilie"

It's always the ignorant parents' fault when it comes to Nintendo. Smilie

When I was over yellowyoshi's house there was a guy who hacked every course me and him got so fucking pissed off!!!

I also do crack and heroin

I don't bother playing online to be fair, because beating random people doesn't give me and extra buzz then it does beating the computer. However beating a friend is different on the other hand. The recent adverts in the UK have been tempting me to get online though

To be honest it's just pathetic. People use cheats/hacks just to get to the top of the leader boards and end up annoying everyone else who actually have skill and play fair. I was thinking about trying to race in some of those competitions but it seems pretty pointless.

Conduit if you've played once on online you'd relize people hack the rocket launcher...
(they make it so it fires like 5 at a time Smilie)
