and enter a code...
but it makes no sence!!

Did you try ENTERING THE CODE ONLINE?
And wouldn't you think to POST THIS ON THE GENERAL HELP THREAD WE HAVE THAT YOU HAVE POSTED ON MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT OFF TOPIC THINGS?
