Had to format my 3DS because for I dunno what reason, streetpass didn't work AT ALL for me anymore ... Now that i formatted the console, it seems to be working fine. Me and a friend were letting the consoles sit next to each other for HOURS with NO streetpass hits. weird. Now I have a new 3DS code. Please people add me !

@Stulaw: They only appear if they've added you back or have added you before, like I did. If only you have added a person, it'll create a placeholder till you got added back. Could definitely use some improvement because right now the person doesn't even get a notification that he's been added by someone.

@Kafei: Added you again before already.

PS: I actually used "added" a whopping 6 times in this post.
