Well, without Nintendo's input, Bayonetta 2 would be dead, SEGA cancelled it a while ago.

That doesn't seem to even really matter, those people apparently prefer it to not exist at all than be released exclusively on a Nintendo console. Silly haters

Wow, it's even so bad that the comments section on a recent Siliconera article about it was disabled, since that site doesn't tolerate blind hate and console wars. Never seen that happen before.

Nintendo just can't win anymore, no matter what they do. If Sony announced that Bayonetta 2 would be an exclusive PS4 title, I'd bet that this would look very different.

All this talk makes me want to pick up the original for my PS3. If only I had some spare money...

I can't believe the Bayonetta 2 reaction, it's sickening that they've been getting even death threats and things. What the hell?

That's the reason I'm pre-ordering from multiple different sites; they'll charge me the lowest price they put on the site in the run up to release.
Then I'll just cancel the most expensive ones aw yeah.

I think the real anger is coming from the fact that their integrity as Nintendo haters is now being challenged at a level they comprehend. Finally a game of current generation level is released as a Nintendo exclusive, thus taking away their ability to simply brush off the console for that reason.

I can see why people would be annoyed that a game they want wouldn't be released on a console they owned, but seriously? Nintendo are supporting a publisher and allowing the game to be released. They can't honestly not want it to be released at all over it being released on a Nintendo console, can they? 'If I can't have it, you can't either', a very childish approach.

So are many people planning on getting the WiiU at launch? I'm unsure. I'm sure NSMB WiiU will be good, but nothing else interests me at the moment. I may wait until Christmas (not that things will be any different, but still).

Edit: I would love to see Metal Gear Solid 5 announced as a WiiU exclusive, purely for the the amount of internet upheaval it would cause. Nintentroll.

Plus I can't wait much longer for Tekken 2, I'm waiting to support the WiiU releases of some strong third party games (my way of saying to Nintendo that their endeavours aren't put to waste)

Is Tekken definitely confirmed for launch? It's listed as TBC on the GAME website. I picked it up today though. I had considered waiting but just gave in. Brilliant game, even better than the arcade version, but the final boss is still as difficult.

I've been playing my friend's version today, one thing I noticed about the final boss is that unlike a lot of fighting final bosses, it's not cheap as fuck it's just hard.

Yeah, it's a huge improvement on the bosses from Jinpachi onwards. I ended up just biding my time and unleashing a flurry of kicks with Law every now and again to beat it. Then I found out that all endings could be unlocked in the ghost attack mode...

Back on topic; I heard Call of Duty allows a second player to play using the screen on the GamePad. While I have no inclination to buy Call of Duty, it seems like it could be well implemented into other games to allow two players full screen, albeit a major size difference.

Damn, reading some comments on Bayonetta 2 right now is better than just about any comedy show I could possibly watch. The topic on NeoGAF just keeps on giving pure gold.

why do they have to steal our games?and that's exactly what they do,taking a beloved 3rd party franchise and making it exclusive so others can't play it is stealing

I'm sticking with the £299 Zavvi ZombiU/Pro Controller bundle for now. Hopefully I see that bundle cheaper!

I'm also not sure how trustworthy that site is, has anyone used it before and knows how good it is? Gonna pre-order it anyway for now I think.

EDIT: For some reason the Order Confirmation says it's only £212 total? Is it just not showing VAT or
