Yesterday I came up with this idea: printing all the levels of Super Mario Bros (1) and hanging them around your room in the correct order. Awesome, I wonder if anyone has done that before.

I guess printing some iconinc game picture with Rasterbator would be nice too.
Oh and then there are these paper figures you can print/cut/fold/glue yourself. I've always wanted to do 1 of those, but I never took the time. Maybe I'll do the King of Red Lions or whatever The Wind Waker's boat was called.

I have a Majora's Mask clock. It was originally a MM sticker and a random clock. Picture: http://www.gametavern.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=3363&d=1344770321

Speaking of which; printing the (best of the) Majora's Mask masks and hanging them on the wall would be pretty sweet.

Your ideas?

I was always interested in doing some Cubeecraft, but my printer isn't so good and I really need some better quality paper. They have quite a few videogame characters to select from.

I'd love to make one of those more complex ones though, like you mentioned. I've seen some incredible ones.

I love this one:

There's also a great cel-shaded Link one, as well.

I made a Cubeecraft. It's Tim from the amazing time-based platformer, Braid. Smilie

I plan to make more, hopefully on thicker paper next time (this was just regular paper).

Some tf2 themed stuff I was given last year. Hand-made heavy card and a stuffed pyro.

Captain Falcon. Made him a few weeks back.

Not exactly 'Do It Yourself' so much as 'Friend Does It For You', but..

A friend I met online made this doll of Hilda (the Pokémon Black/White female protagonist) for my birthday two years back!
