Review: Real Heroes: Firefigher 3D

I just got bought this and it looks like there's a game breaking glitch on Mission 2 at the arcade. Has this happened to anyone else? There's a door I'm supposed to pry open. I use the tool and the prying animation happens but the door just does not open. So I can't proceed. I got this game used so there was already a save file on it. I noticed on the load screen it said they last played on Mission 2. So I loaded up the previous owners save to see if they had the same issue as I was having and yes they did! It checkpointed at the arcade for them and the door won't open. I saw someone on gamefaqs say they had the same problem as well. So this game may be unplayable.
