Well after flicking through the free copy of MCV I got from EGN I came across a lovely news piece.

Dominik Diamond, ex-host of cult 1990's show Gamesmaster is to front a new show titled When Games Attack for the Bravo channel. It will also be produced by Richard Wilcox who also happened to produce Gamesmaster. This show will start in November and will replace GamePad. Are we to finally see decent gaming shows? Here's hoping.

I read the title and thought it was going to be a show about how games make mindless killers out of children.

Well I aty least hope they present the show as they would to gaming fans. I have a feeling though to make the show more accesable it may be dumbed down. Who knows?

I was actually speaking to Hugo. And how exactly do you "dumb down" gaming? Its an entertainment form, its not as if we are conniseurs or something, we play games we enjoy them.

Im not exactly sure what I meant by that sentence. I guess I just dont feel that a few gameshows up until now havent been very COMPETENT or versed in games, not to mention talking about them.

Oh and Matt looking at THAT post certainly certianly is an unusual confirmation of my rightness Smilie Smilie .
