Nintendo's aim is to enable consumers to make daily efforts to improve their QOL [Quality of Life] in a fun manner by making sleep and fatigue status visible and offering various services based on this information. 

Huh. I thought they scrapped this completely after Iwata's passing. I swear they said as such.

It doesn't surprise me though, especially after the success of marrying fitness and Pokemon together. I can quite definitely see Nintendo using future opportunities for crossover like this.

Yeah, I'm sure I read it was scrapped! Maybe they discovered something cool they could do with it and wanted to work on it again and expand its usage.

Hmm, unless there was a translation error. That's happened a fair bit recently.

Or its the same idea but taking a different form?

Anyway, Not surprising  regarding the 3DS as such, handhelds always out preform consoles.
Its always hard to guage these things in absolute terms though. Need to see how the various previous homeconsoles did in relation to handhelds of that era (also factoring the original DS was a bit abnormal in its success)......but I cant be bothered. Smilie
