I read an interview with reggie tthat co firmed it before the interview with 'a cindy gordon'.. ill tryan find the link but I'm confident it is for real.

Wonder if logging in on another Wii U will allow you to download already-purchased games onto that machine? Am thinking Nintendo will try to get around that.

During E3 last week Nintendo confirmed that different users will have their own account on the forthcoming HD box, but whether they would be able to use the same account on another Wii U was still uncertain. In an interview with Wired's GeekMom, Gordon was quizzed into one of the Wii U's aspects that remained in the dark during E3: Will gamers be able to login to a friend's console using their account?

Whether users will be able to login simultaneously, playing with a friend on the same Wii U console, is still unknown however.

Gordon also confirmed that "every game for the Wii U, and this is true for the Nintendo 3DS too, will be available in both packaged as well as digital".
