Epic Mickey 3DS to go Download and Retail

I like how just above the 'comment on this article' section is an advertisement for amazon, saying buy epic mickeyÂ power of illusion for £29.99, I could do that or pay £39.99 for the privilege of not switching cartridges.

Nintendo obviously aren't serious about downloadable versions of retail games. So why don't they stop wasting time/money promoting a feature only an idiot/someone with more money than sense would make use of, and instead let us copy 3DS games from the cartridge to the 3DS.

Not really surprising considering the simple 2D Super Nintendo/Gameboy Advance Â graphics of the 3DS game which just sip ROMÂ memory compared to the massive 3D worlds of the Home Console version.

Good stuff, really hope this becomes regular practice for 3DS games in a year's time or so.
I'm also keeping an eye out on this game, I loved the original Mickey sidescrollers so I really hope this turns out good.

One of the first games will be the upcoming 2D side-scroller Epic Mickey: The Power of Illusion. The Disney project will be available to fans as a traditional boxed game and also to download on the eShop.

The game is the 3DS' first third-party full retail download, joining first party games like Super Mario 3D Land, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and Mario Kart 7.

A demo version of The Power of Illusion will be available ahead of the title's release on November 18th in the US.
