It must be a translation error because other news sites seem to think the Nintendo Dream interview states it would be fully voiced too, but only the anime cutscenes will be fully voiced and besides that will be mostly the same as usual perhaps with more voice clips. The cutscenes animated by Bones are fully voice acted, but the normal gameplay sections still use the standard "blip&#45;blip&#45;blip" text sound effects.
