Warehouse Worship returns this August with The Gathering, a large‑scale worship event shaped by expectation, unity, and a clear spiritual focus. Held at Manchester Central on 8th August (tickets available here), the evening brings together leading voices in contemporary worship for a night centred on the promise of an ‘Open Heaven’. After attending previous events at the BEC in Trafford Park, the MusiCube team is heading to this new venue for what is expected to be a gracious night indeed.
The anchor Scripture, John 1:51 “Very truly I tell you, you will see Heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man,” sets the tone for an encounter defined by presence rather than performance. Warehouse Worship has always leaned into moments where worship feels unhurried and spiritually attentive, and The Gathering continues that posture with a line‑up chosen for depth, not spectacle.
Dunsin Oyekan, William McDowell, Lizzie Morgan, and Ryan Ofei form the core of the night’s ministry, each bringing a distinct expression of worship that aligns with the event’s theme. Their collective presence suggests an evening shaped by reverence, intercession and a strong sense of expectancy.
There has been one change to the line‑up: Sunmisola Agbebi Okeleye is no longer able to join the event. Warehouse Worship has confirmed they look forward to hosting her in the future. In her place, Bidemi Olaoba will now be joining the team, alongside a surprise guest yet to be announced. The addition strengthens the event’s musical and spiritual breadth, keeping the night dynamic while maintaining its central focus.
