If you are remotely interested in this game, then it is quite possible that you are going to fall into one of two categories; those who have played the originals, and those who are new to the series. Funnily enough those are the only two possibilities, but anyway we must press on. Either way you will have been hard pressed not to become aware of the immense praise the originals and all titles since, have received. Re-releasing classic games is often a risky business; on the one hand you open up possibilities to expand on any faults with the originals, but on the other you run the risk of ruining what made it great in the first place. Well, fans of the original will be glad to hear that very little has been changed at all, bits and pieces have been added here and there, but nothing significant enough to dramatically change the way you play the game in any way. This is by no means a bad thing of course, but just a little lazy on Nintendo’s part.
