Late night blog, would have posted earlier but the site was having tech problems. Glad it's sorted now. Anyway, tomorrow I'm babysitting while my mum and her new boyfriend go to Sheffield overnight to visit family.

I am a little nervous - they're only 7 and 9 and both girls, and I can barely remember their names, which is forgiveable considering it was about 2 weeks ago I first met the little mites.

If the weather keeps dry and sunny, I shouldn't have much of a problem and it gives me an excuse to watch Lord of the Rings later on with them.

If all else fails, I can just show them my Hunter and tame a wolf or something..

Speaking of WoW, I reactivated my account and joined a new server with a Dwarf. Lovely mix of ranged and melee so far. Sheena also has a couple of characters so I have someone from the forums to chat with (which Sheena excels at) when I can't be arsed with the usaul 'heel me pliz' pish. And give me BIGGER GUNS, whenever you get the blueprints like.

Almost hit the 100 rank points in Hunters as well, although I keep getting kicked off halfway through matches. Hopefully I'll have a few one on ones that swing in my favour later on.

Old friends, new PC problems

So I went out with my brother (who didn't want to meet up with his girlfriend after all, and really just wanted a Metro ticket that would allow him to galavant all the over the place :roll with me supposed to get my new glasses. Lines must have been crosses, since they didn't have anything about mine actually being ordered, so I assumed that I misunderstood whatever the hell my mum was going on about and left it. I'll go in hopefully tomorrow.

Bro did hang about with me untill I was done shopping, went into GAME and got a gamecard for WoW when I get bored with CoX. Girl who works the till there is pretty cute too, must get a few spotty gamers in a tizzle

I also bought me a few DVDs, in a sale on at HMV (meh, not the cheapest place, but everything is more or less there for those of us who dislike shopping unless it's with a friend or indeed, my brother, since we make it.. interesting. I got the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and season 1 of Scrubs. Criminal I know, on both accounts, for not watching either. Was tempted to buy a few Justice League cartoon DVDs, but thought better of it, no doubt I'll find myself in there again though

With my shopping over, we wandered around a little, and being Blackpool, there's always something or somebody a little strange. There was a statue mime, all silver performing. Pervert, when no one was gaping at him, he touched nice girls walking past

Anyway, brother buggered off to his girlfriend's house, and I went to the pub I used to work in to see my mate in the kitchen. It turns out he was worried about me for a while after I quit, and we chatted for ages, eventually heading over to another pub and having a couple of drinks. Ace, he's not changed much, and it was good to be out and chatting. We talked about a variety of stuff, always coming back to MMOs (World of Warcraft and City of Aero's, as he pronounces it) and some of the stories - gamer girls? Cyber sex?

That's for n00bs.

This one swaps mobile phone numbers with a girl in the same guild and they sent each other messages and pictures. They even phoned each other Insane. Her boyfriend eventually came on after he found out and was raging, and he laughed as he said he had to tell the rest of the guild their favourite Priestess wouldn't be teaming with them anymore

Anyway, I'm back home now and trying to avoid the glare of these fucking pop-ups of 'your pc is infected' and 'click here to download all the software you need'. Wtf? Take a fucking hike, you are the fucking virus! Right pain in the balls, although I'm definately telling my brother to fuck off if he asks to use the PC again. Sigh. Wheeee bye money. I've ran several programs, tried shutting down the Windows Security Alerts, but it still keeps popping up every 1 minute and 3 minutes respectively. Infuriating. I'm hoping AVG, my last resort before I need to get it repaired, will pick up the more serious threats, and if not, I may just have to dive in and start fiddling with this, that and the next thing in Task Manager and the folders. Anyway, it'll live, I've seen worse, but it is an amazing irony when Anti-Virus websites install malware and spyware on your PC, so I'm assuming my little brother has been getting a bit too carried away with the clicking while viewing his PORN PORN PORN and BREAKING MY EXPENSIVE MACHINE.

Anyway, outta here, hopefully my game is still playable.

Strange weekend

After repeated but less damaging arguments and fights with my little brother, we seem to have made up, enough to agree to go into town together tomorrow. He is a moody bastard right now, and since the PC downstairs is broken, he uses mine at his convience when my back is turned or expects to be able to use it when he comes home, since he's out most of the time. It was a bit dodgy on Friday night when our mum was out (more on that in a bit) when I simply said "No." and then he asked "Why?", resulting in me pointing out that he can't come into my room and take my stuff forgranted, and that I was annoyed with him taking my other stuff (I bought some munchies a couple of days before and they all went :roller so I wasn't letting him on. He got angry and very nearly went into a tantrum, which is bloody dangerous for someone his size and strength, throwing stuff about, saying this, that and the next thing, some of which was nasty, but I just tuned it out, like I normally do when things get rough around me. No fuel, no fire.

I'm not sure whether I should have let him on anyway afterwards, not so much an apology out of him but for the sake of everyone's sanity I'm willing to compromise as long as he doesn't wreck my PC, if he does (and has threatened to destroy it,

Head brokened

About to head back to hospital in about 30 minutes, feel a bit tense about it, since I might get discharged.

For the best part of April I became really depressed untill a doctor came out to find me playing non stop on the pc, not eating and depriving myself of sleep. Utter mess. After a while at the local hospital and the quiet, I feel a bit better but my head is so confused, I can't think of anything except playing PVP games, throwing myself into something else to totally blank everything out.

I'm on anti-depressants now but now I feel like I'm slipping back into it again. It's mad; I've had it for years, going up and down from manic periods (you've seen what I've done on the forums during that time - it feels so strange thinking back on it) to times when I just can't do anything.

Yeah, sometimes I feel like lashing out and crying out, but more often than not I withdraw into myselg, feeling like shit and unable to motivate myself, while other times I feel like a fucking rocket on steroids, but again, unable to do anything useful with it.

Fuck knows.

Depressed

I'm about an hour and a half late for work and I'm still not sure whether I want to go or not. I feel really down at the moment, really tense.

I don't want to go out because I look rough, just completely deflated.

Dunno who to phone or text to ask them to give me today off, or just stay inside all day.
