• Cubed3.com is an independently owned video game and tech review website, first available from 4th January 2003.
• The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all and any use of the web site available at Cubed3.com and published material on this website.
• Cubed3.com and references to Cubed3 include the Content, which is made up of and includes:
  Any written and image publications, videos, social media material produced by or for Cubed3 and made available to publicly access
  Brand identity, logo, website design and underlying custom backend code.

• An account is not required to access publicly available pages on the website.
• You maybe required to enter your email address and provide a public name to post a comment on articles.
• Optionally, you are able to use your social media account to comment on articles.
• A staff account is required to access the “backend” of the website in order to post or edit publicly available content.
• You shall remain responsible for maintaining the confidentially of your username, password and account.
• Cubed3 may revoke access to your account at any time.

Use of Cubed3.com

• You may read Cubed3.com and publicly available content for your private and personal use via the internet only.
• Any content produced and published on Cubed3.com may not be published elsewhere without prior written permission from the Cubed3 editorial team.

Intellectual Property Rights and Cubed3.com
