Linkyshinks was an alright guy, and certainly generated a lot of activity - but he spoke so much rubbish.

Remember when he was convinced that incognito mode in Google Chrome would help paedophiles? Plus he bullshitted about his real life exploits constantly.

Eh, everyone has their share of forum hiccups and flaws (I speak from experience, lol), and I did disagree with him on a plethora of subjects, but LS was great imo, he really helped with the activity and discussion. It's a big shame he stopped posting.

So while this thread is active, does anyone reckon we'll get some "returning characters" for E3 season? I find it hard to imagine that C3 can have a good ol' E3 with its current (small) cast.

We had an IRC chat set up last year and that was pretty busy (other than me flooding it and getting kicked due to too many 'OH MY GOD' comments when Metroid: Other M was announced Smilie

) Maybe something similar, I see lots of familiar members on the online section, but not as many post as they used to. Forum activity has gotten a little better, but exams, the general age of member on the forum has also had a big effect.

I doubt many will return for E3, it's not the event it was 4 or 5 years ago. I seem to remember the last couple of years Marz and knighty have done IRC/commentary and stuff and there's normally a lot of activity from regulars but no returns.

Lee, it's been years, literally. You have a habit of coming for a while then being gone an age it seems Smilie What do you do in this downtime exactly??

Yeah, LS is not on my Steam Friend's list anymore. Grant it, he was NEVER on Steam, but now his name is not there at all. I know he's still on the Internet, but just not hanging around these parts.

On a separate note, since I will actually be in town for E3 for the first time in a good 3-4 years, I would very much like to see a chat set up with the crew here and watch you guys stay up all night as PK, Jacob, and I mosey on home after a good day of fun and flip on the television. Smilie
