This isn't really tha bug a deal...I do like the USA version better though. The color blue is awesome.

It is not wise to speak on subjects you do not know all facts about, nor is it smart to judge a game based on looks alone. PSN: Nintendo_Gamer 3DS: 4296-3029-7422

I never even paid attention. Maybe to people more purists than me, it would matter, but not for me.

It's shocking that the irony is lost on them isn't it?

I do agree that it looks childish, like a Saturday morning cartoon show, and that the newer version looks better. It seems obvious sticking a sword into a logo for a fantasy game. It's kind of like having elves, it's a cliche.

Add me on anything. I'm always looking for new friends/opponents/town visitors/chances to appear more popular than I actually am.

I also wonder why they started to number them in Europe. Some people are probably quite confused!

-Dragon Quest (Number VIII not numbered) PS2 - 2006
-Dragon Quest (Number IV not numbered) DS - 2008
-Dragon Quest (Number V not numbered) DS - 2009
-Dragon Quest IX (Keeping the number) DS - 2010
-Dragon Quest VI (Keeping the number) DS - 2011
-Dragon Quest X (Keeping the number) Wii - 2012

That's a very messy timeline for Europeans! Smilie
