Punch Out!! Wii Promo Videos, Plus Nunchuk Bundle on Nintendo gaming news, videos and discussion

Update - Target stores in the US are all set to give gamers a treat by bundling the Nunchuk with copies of Punch Out!! Wii due to the fact the game requires both controllers in order to function. Whether this offer will permeate beyond the US is currently unknown.

Original Story - Nintendo have released a pair of promo videos with the release of Wii version of fan-favourite Punch Out!! on the horizon.

The latest chapter once again follows series protagonist Little Mac as he enters the sweat-stained ring to work his way up the boxing circuit. It's due out May 18th in the US, and 22nd in the UK/Europe.

love these ads... nintendo needs more like them.

Yeah great ads, their best in years!!

:-o Could they do a similar one for the next Zelda? I can totally see Link running around in a present day city, training for his next adventure.
On the other hand, they would have to make him talk... Smilie

WRONG! It only needs one Wiimote. (sideways)

/joke]

but seriously.. you only really need a Wii-Remote.

Or he could just run around town with text popping up and the screen. And he could like start attacking people's shrubs looking for rupees. Smilie

The best adverts for any game that i've seen in years, miles better than the family orientated ads of late. Now if only these adverts were in the UK aswell.
